Just found out about this, it’s already been to New York but is coming to Washington DC and then Houston. The National Gallery of Art is having an exhibit called Faking It: Manipulated Photography before Photoshop. It’s a collect of photographs numbering almost 200 that show manipulation before Photoshop was even around. These photos range from the 1840s up to the 1980s. For Washington DC the exhibit will be running from February 17th to May 5th, 2013. Then the exhibit will move to the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston and be there from July to October 2013. If you are near either museum sounds like it should be an interesting exhibit!
