In the fall went out to Harpers Ferry WV to take pictures of the leaves changing color. While out there saw a rock formation that up close looked like abstract art.
I had gone out in fall to Harpers Ferry very early in the morning. Wanted to capture the sun rising over the town from the Maryland Heights hiking trail. While I had gotten there before the sunrise, the clouds just weren’t agreeing to the photograph! They covered the sky just a little too much, so the image I envisioned wasn’t quite there. After the sun had risen I was walking around along the rocks at the overlook and noticed this formation that resembled abstract art to me. Very colorful for just being a rock formation!
