This past Monday I went to the Jefferson Memorial at dawn to take pictures of the sunrise. Luckily I got there before sunrise and I was able to capture such vivid colors. The other photographers weren’t so lucky.
Even before the sun starts shining in Washington DC, you can still find people out around the monuments.

Canon has released a new version of their DPP raw converter software. The latest version is now 3.12.40. There’s no information on the website about what it updates or new features it gives, so it’s not entirely clear what changes they’ve made.
